ReplyDeleteYou do need to wash it out, the water is what activates it, to wash. While the consistency (powder like is similar to a dry shampoo)it is more than that. Think, instead of a liquid shampoo that is filled with unnecessary LIQUID ingredients. This has all you need in powder form.
