The treatment is simple, and this device focuses on three areas, the face, forehead and around the eye area. However, you cannot use this on your eyelids. Suggested treatment is about 2-3 times per week.
Step 1: You want to start with a clean DRY face.
Step 2: Remove the Torche from its charging device, turn on it on and press the heat button to prepare it for treatment.
Step 3: Place the device on your skin, it will automatically turn on with contact with the surface, and it will gradually heat up to 105 degrees.
Step 4: Glide the device along the areas of most concerns in soft circular motions, with light pressure. For me, this is my laugh lines, the 11’s between my eyes, premature wrinkles on the forehead, and fine lines around the eyes.
Step 5: You want to use the device for a total of 5-7 minutes on each troubled area. So, in total about 15-20 mins. Depending on what you need to focus on. Once you are finished, you want to turn the device off.

Step 7: Clean the device. To ensure the longevity of the device proper cleaning is essential. The Jelessi Torche comes with a cleaning cloth to cleanse and make sure to return the device to charging port after every use.
IMPORTANT CLEANING TIPS:
While they do suggest, you can clean the surface with a slightly damp alcohol pad to remove oils and prevent a build-up. You do not want to clean the device with any liquid or fluid to avoid the risk of electric shock.
What To Expect During Treatment
I am not discussing the benefits here, as this is more of the experience while using the device.
- When starting you may feel a warm sensation, this is normal and should subside within an hour after the session.
- Mild Redness: After each treatment, you may notice some redness, I did. However, if you experience any discomfort or skin redness that last for over 24 hours, discontinue use.
- Noise: This kind of freaked me out as I did not notice this at first in the instruction manual. But you will hear a fan noise that turns on and off during the treatment. It is a safety feature that helps to regulate the skin temperature during use.
