I love following Pantone's fashion color report.  According to Leatrice Eiseman Executive Director, Pantone Color Institute: “This Spring & Summer colors are more on the cooler and softer side of the color spectrum.  Including some tones such as softer pale pastels, understated bright and nature-like neutrals as well as some florals”.  And what better way to wear some of these colors than with some cocktail dresses.
