Chalk It
Up To…
You’re almost finished with your surprise
dinner for your husband, when all of a sudden butter splashes up on your brand
new shirt. Frustrating, and you usually chalk
it up to: “That’s going to be a permanent stain.” But guess what, it doesn’t have to be. Here is a Pantry to Pretty Bit on a way to
remove that greasy stain… Chalk
How To:
- Remove your shirt
- Get a white piece of chalk and rub it into the stain & let it absorb as much as possible
- Once it has absorbed, lightly brush it off
- Wash as usual
- After the wash, take a look at the garment before drying it
- If the stain is not completely gone you'll need to repeat the process again, before drying it
Some more BB Bits on removing grease:
· Now let’s be realistic, how many of
us have chalk in our house. Unfortunately,
I experienced this first hand when I was making meat sauce the other day. So, what did I use instead? Baking Soda, I
figured, it’s white and it absorbs odor, so it should work on this too. Well,
it did!
